StellarEBPP allows your subscribers to pay their bills with an easy-to-use web interface. Your text, logos, and other graphics can be used so the site can be easily integrated into your current corporate site.

StellarRAD can also host the site if preferred.

• Cable TV, Internet, and other services are available for web payment.
• Registration can be either be through your staff or through secure user self-registration.
• Toll detail is available with a hyperlink from the dialed number to a reverse lookup web site.
• History of past bills and toll can be available to view.
• Auto payment and credit card save options.
  Note: Credit card information is encrypted when saved. When viewed, the credit card information is decrypted displaying only the last 4 digits.
• Site administration allows you to administer much of the site without programmer intervention.
• Banner advertisement feature. You can upload and change the banner advertisements. The banners can be set to change each time a subscriber navigates to a new page.
• The master password feature allows your users to sign on to any account to view the bill. For example, with the master password, a CSR could use StellarEBPP as a bill viewer to see a subscriber’s toll. (Note, since only the last four digits of the credit card are displayed, the credit card information is kept secret.)
