The StellarRAD OSS group was formed in 1999 to develop the back office systems for GLA Network Technologies' startup broadband venture, Everest Connections. Everest is a greenfield broadband over-builder currently serving the Kansas City area. The OSS applications were assembled from current StellarRAD applications, newly developed StellarRAD applications, and applications acquired from the purchase of two communications oriented software companies. StellarRAD OSS is a modern client-server based back office suite solution for all types of communications companies. The applications available in the suite are listed below. In addition to StellarRAD applications, the suite includes connectivity to a variety of partner applications.

StellarRAD OSS applications can be implemented as stand-alone individual programs, integrated into your current OSS, or can be run together as an integrated OSS. The applications utilize three tier and nth tier architecture. The software setup is menu driven and requires no programming expertise.
