StellarRAD Systems announces a new service to analyze Bell invoices to resellers and audit those invoices against subscriber billing. The new product, StellarMBA (Mechanized Bill Analysis and Mechanized Bill Audit) is designed to help UNE-P providers, pre-paid companies, CLECs and other resellers of Bell Services analyze and audit their detail Bell invoices.

StellarMBA has two components. Each designed to find errors, duplications, and discrepancies in the Bell charges to the reseller.
 

Mechanized Bill Analysis

Analyzes the electronic detail invoice Bell sends to resellers of their services. These bills are often difficult to understand if not impossible to read. Bill Analysis translates the bill into an easy to understand format and checks the bill for math errors and other inconsistencies.

 

Mechanized Bill Audit

Compares the detail electronic Bell bill against the reseller's subscriber bills. This enables the reseller to match up Bell charges to subscriber revenue.

Resellers of Bell services will use StellarMBA to find problems to either be disputed with Bell or corrected in-house.

The service is priced attractively, including pricing options to meet the needs of small startup providers. StellarRAD offers the option of monthly or quarterly StellarMBA assessment to enable companies of all sizes to reap the benefits of Bell bill analysis and audit.

Currently StellarMBA is only available as a service performed by StellarRAD. However, the StellarMBA software will be available for in-house use in second quarter of 2003.
