 Plant Assignment - The Plant Assignment software offers a complete database of outside plant inventory. This system allows you to view and query the database for equipment, telephone numbers, customer information, location, and special circuits. Reports can be generated for available cable pairs, cable fill, and complete cable route and line equipment information. The system is easy to set up, and will interface to Service Order for automatic plant assignment. The system will also indicate if there is a service order pending or trouble report listed.
Trouble Reporting - This software supports trouble ticket generation, trouble inquiry, history reports, and plant inquiry via ticket/telephone number, customer information. The software offers extensive report generation capability and displays pop-up windows for fault, cause, action, weather, urgency, and equipment codes.
